Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My children were raised by my parents when they pased they stay with aunt and uncle mind you the whole time their dad and i had equal custody. He went and took them from my family and told me due to child abandonment he has full custody is that possible?

It's possible, but you should look at the court's order. Maybe there is no court order and you still have equal custody.
