Children's mother contacted my & said if I sign my rights away she would wave back child support. However the attorney general has scheduled a court date for back support. What do I do?

Get a lawyer. There is no guarantee that you will be absolved of child support,unless everyone, inlcuding the OAG and the judge sign off on the order.
