Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Common Law Marriage Name Change

I'm married and have a Common Law Declaration from the court. I am wanting to change my last name to my husbands but I can't figure out if there is anyway to do this without going through the courts. I know that TX see's common law marriage the same as a formal marriage so how do I go about changing my name without going to the court.
