Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What else can I do?

This is confusing to me. So, I'm going to be short as possible. I was married in Texas for ten years. I found out in 1998 that my husband was having an affair with an 16 year old (at that time)through an private investigator which papers was delivered to him. I was forced out of my home and I moved back home here in Michigan in 1999. I filed for an divorce and then I filed for back child support (four years)for our 8 year old child. I haven't gotten anything out of him. He did not show up for the court dates in regarding these matters until recently. Now with all these lies he brought before the court and upsetting my child and I, he's now trying to gain partial custody of our daughter after all this time not doing his part in support. She is very upset and confused and does not want to go down there. To my knowledge that young girl (the one he had an affair with)is still living with him down there and he is trying to sell the house without giving me my share of the sale. This has been going on for awhile, and my lawyer is trying his best. What should I do?

Re: What else can I do?

Greetings; Your story states that you have a lawyer. A good lawyer can do a much better jot with resources. Pay your attorney bill in advance, save up extra money for research and experts, and ask how you can assist. I wish you all the best. Thanks, atty. Trichler; www.trichler.com
