conservativeship

how do i get conservativeship over my 9 yr old neice. mother is willing to sign. and can we do it ourselves.

If everyone agrees and you know how to draft the pleadings and order, you can do it yourself. Otherwise,I suggest you hire a lawyer.

The process involves filing a lawsuit, having the parents of the child sign waivers of service and drafting an order granting you custody.
