contempt of spousal support
My mother's husband has spousal support court ordered. He has not paid her in 4 month's. Isn't there some way that she can take him back to court without hiring an attorney. She has no money for this.

If she thinks she can handle it, she can file an enforcement action against him, but it would be wisest to hire a good family law attorney to handle it. Talk to several and see if you can find one who will work with you on the fees.
