cps vs. parents

My children were taken away a year and a half ago. They were placed with family members. Those family members have now filed a petition to terminate mine and my exhusbands rights. Can they do this and what are our chances?

Yes, they can do that. There is no way to know what your chances are without knowing a lot of information about the case. You need an attorney. Ask that the Court appoint one for you if you cannot afford one yourself.
