custody rights nonbiological father

What rights do I have as the non-biological father of my 2 sons.I belive both boys have different fathers as well.I was told they where mine and I just found out they are not because she was cheating on me.They are 7&8yrs old I have taken care of them since the day they where born.The mom is on drugs also and have kept them in dangerous enviroments.I live in Texas and have been in a common law relationship for 9yrs.

As of now, none. You can, however, file to establish conservatorship under these circumstances. It will be complicated, and all of the parties involved will need to be noticed, and paternity established. It is possible that the biological fathers will be willing to terminate their parental rights. Locate a lawyer to assist you.
