custody

what are the visitation rights of a biological farther if you were married less than a year. he has a home as do I. he was unemployed for 9 months and has had several jobs. I have been an RN for 20 years

The length of the marriage is not relevant to his visitation rights. Standard Possession is 1st/3rd/5th weekend of the month, with holidays alternating, and extended in the summer.

Custody is based upon what is in the child's best interest.
