What would i need and have to do to in order to file for a uncontested divorce where my wife's location is unknown, i haven't seen or know where she is for about 10 years.

When you file the divorce suit, you also file an affidavit stating that you do not know where the spouse can be located. You also ask the District Clerk to serve the spouse by publication. The procedure involves having a notice published in a local legal newspaper.
