Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I've been served papers for divorce I need to file a general answer but I cant find the form online.I dont have a lawyer and legal aide does not want to help me because i am not a victim of physical abuse.I have no money at this time. I

just got a job and i am not getting payed for very much.I am on TANF,foodstamps,andNCIS for daycare.My husband has done a few things 1 to many times.He leaves me and the boys home with no money,no transportation,and sometimes very little food in the house.If i need to do something I always have to depend on my sister-n-law to get it done and she and he are always teaching the kids to disrespect me.She is always telling me that I;m not good enough for her brother and that I'm a filthy mom and i don;t take care of my kids.My husband says ''if it wasn't true she wouldn't say it.''I'm tired of being harrased by the man who says he loves me and tuns around and tells me I'm not worth d@c@.

You need an attorney. Have you talked to Houston Volunteer Lawyers or Lone Star Legal Aid? Neither requires that you be a victim of physical violence. It sounds like you are the victim of abuse, even if its not physical. Most women's centers offer a variety of information, services and assistance.
