Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Enforcemnet of Divorce Decree Obligation- Health

I would like to know how I go about enforcing my rights to attain my ex-husbands health insurance information that he is obviously refusing to give me as I have repeatedly asked for it for the past 8 weeks. He has not even made an attempt to even answer my request and I am now at a point where I would like to enforce my right to have this information.

File a Petition for Enforcement and Contempt. The judge will get the information you need.

You can file an enforcement action with the court. I can assist you with this process if you are in the Houston area. Give me a call if you want to discuss your options further.
