Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can my exhusband get passports for our minor children without my consent? Or even fall within the "cruise loop hole" to take our children on a cruise to Central America without my consent. I am the custodial parent but since we have the Texas term "Joint Managing Conser" in the divorce - he maintains that he does not need my permission.

I know that a cruise line would not allow my minor child on the ship without my notarized signature on their form and she was 17-1/2 years old.

Contact the cruise line if you have any questions. That was the cruise line policy - not the court's. It was approx. 7 years ago.

You can also read your court documents. Many old documents don't address passport and travel outside the US. You can go to back to the judge if you don't want him taking outside the US.
