Falsely accused child molestation by SCITSOFRENIC mother
Resently me and my spouse have been falsely acused of child molestation. My mother who is scitsofrenic started all of this and she called Chiled Protective Services and reported us to them know they are trying to take our children away. I was wanting to know if there is anything that can be done to end all of this. Is there something i can do to discredit her.

CPS often gets reports but does not act on them.
Also, CPS will usually go to the children's school(s) and interview them. CPS does not need your permission to do this. You might want to warn your children that this could happen. If they are visited by a stranger asking a lot of questions, they need to be truthful. If CPS suspects child abuse, they will be taken into custody immediately.
If CPS contacts you, they will not tell you who make the report. However, you can say that your mother did and state the reasons she would do this to you. You will need proof that the person who made the allegations is wrong and if you have any information regarding her medications and/or doctors reports, it would be helpful too.
