Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I need family dispute advice. My parents found emails of me just talking to potential "sugar daddy's". I didn't meet anyone, but now they are threatening to take my son away and wont let me have him. Can they legally pin me with anything? My son was never in danger, and i've never been arrested.

It's good you have never been arrested. Staying out of jail is only part of the game. You need to make wise decisions about how to live your life and set an example for your son to follow. If you engage in behavior that makes a judge think you are putting your son in jeopardy, then you could end up wit custody concerns. Parents don't always make the right decisions, but often want what's best for their children and grandchildren. Work hard to make a good life for you and your son. If you look for shortcuts, like sugar daddies, then you may end up paying a price you will later regret. You will never regret having worked hard or living virtuously.
