how would a father lose his rights if he has sex with a girl that was 15 and he was 20 and he left wen he knew the girl was pregnant and hasnt been around for 5 years and now since he has a child support case against him he trying to come in her life and the child was raised by a different guy since she was born and the guy and the girl has been married for 4 year
