Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fianc is 18yrs with a 2yr old son. She was planning on enlisting into the USMC before we met, so she had arranged for her parents to take temporary custody of the child during her initial training, she has decided against the military but the temporary guardianship is still in effect. She seeks to move out with the child into my residence. What legal measures, if any do the grandparents have to sieze her son from her? (WithinTexas)

If there are actual guardianship papers in place, she needs to have the guardianship dissolved. Under the facts you've given, that might not be too hard. Depending on what the guardianship order says, they might have the right to take possession of the child immediately. It just depends on what the court's order says.
