Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fiance and her son have lived with me for two years. I own my own home. She pays one bill - cable/phone/internet - I pay EVERYTHING else. when we break up, is she entitled to anything of mine? Does she have any right to stay in my house? Her son is 19 years old.

If you did not marry and did not hold yourselves out to be husband and wife, you are not married. Without a marriage there is no marital estate to divide under community property law. The answer to the first question in no. If she is not entitled to any of your property, she is not entitled to use it either. Hence she is not entitled to stay in your house.
