how to file relinquishing parental rights
the father of my children does not pay child support. he has in in and out of jail and rarely has contact with them. i would like for him to relinquish his rights as a father so that their step father can adopt him. is there paperwork i can file on my own in order to speed up the process.

A termination and adoption is not something which I would advise anyone to attempt without a lawyer. Of course, there will be a social study and most likely an attorney ad litem involved in the matter, but wouldn't you think you should hire a lawyer before proceeding to see if it is even likely to happen?
