Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My granddaughter is 15 just had a baby and just moved back with her mom after living with me (grandma) for nearly 5 yrs. my granddaughter wants to come back to my house and her mother refuses to let her. Does she have the right in texas to live where she wants.

A child cannot decide where they want to live.

You might want to talk to an attorney. You might have the legal right to ask a judge to name you managing conservator. It would depend on how long the child has lived with her mom.
