Leaving your husband

I want to leave my husband. He locked me out f my home last week when I left for work and he would not let me back in to get my personaal belongings for my 9 year old daughter or m self, we had no clothes, nothing. What is my legal recourse to be able to get our things. The house belongs to his parents and they have given me permission to get whatever I want, but I am afraid he will hurt me.

HIRE AN ATTORNEY. Your situation appears to be too

complex to deal with yourself. You need restraining

orders, possibly protective orders, etc. Also,

contact the county DA's office if family violence

is occurring/has occurred.
