living together with out a meeriage licence.
Is it against the law in Beaumont Texas for a man and a women to live together with out being merried, and having a small child living with them?

Assuming NO other facts that would demonstrate harm to the child and also assuming that at least one of the parties has legal custody of the child, no, it is not against the law.
IF however, one of the parties is married to someone else and the child is the child of the other party, then the living arrangements might be relevant to a divorce or a suit affection the parent-child relationship.
