If your situation qualifies for an annulment, and you have established residency here, then you can file for an annulment. There is no significant legal difference between an annulment and a divorce. You are entitled to your separate property, and a reasonable division of the community assets and debts -- which are those accumulated during the 7-month marriage. A reasonable is usually, but not always, a 50-50 split.
