Can the mediator personally know the attorney? and if child support was ordered in the divorce decree, is that considered a court order for child support

It is very common for a mediator to be acquainted with one or both of the attorneys. It doesn't create a conflict of interest.

If a signed divorce decree requires the payment of child support, that is indeed a court order for child support.
