Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Can my mom use child support money for herself? I dont know what my mom uses it for but i know for a fact its not for me or my needs because if i have to pay for something i ask her for a little cash she says she has none but she does because she told me my dad pays lots of money for child support

Do you have a roof over your head?
Do you have utilities (water, electricity) where you live?
Do you have food to eat?
Do you have clothes to wear?
Do you have transportation?
Do you receive medical care when you are sick?
If so, then you are receiving benefit from the child support.
This is the legal standard that a judge looks at when determining what child support is to be used for in the State of Texas. A judge does not care if she won't give you any cash. Sorry!
