Obtaing Sole Custody

I'm a father that is seeking Sole Custody of my daughter and the mother has agreed to give me custody of my daughter. My question is how do I go about getting this process started?

I really don't think there any custody kits available on the internet. If you don't want spend your time learning what to do & how to do it, you should hire an attorney.

File a motion to modify. Prepare an agreed order and have your ex sign it along with a waiver of citation. Call court to see if a prove up hearing needs to be done and schedule one if needed.
