I am a parent, and my ex girlfriend had a baby by me and didnt tell me. She broke up with me when she was pregnant and didnt tell me until after she had the baby. I have been helping her with my son as much as i can, but since i wont leave my current girlfriend and get back with her she uses my son against me, saying if i dont leave her i cannot see my son. now she is dating a guy who sells drugs, lives in an unstable home and says that my son doesnt need me anymore. how can i get custody or at least joint custody of my son so that i can at least see him more often instead of once every other month?

File a voluntary paternity suit right now. That will prevent her from using the child as a weapon against you. In connection with the suit, you can ask for full custody.
