I am primary conservator of my child her mother has visitation this weekend. Today I filed medical neglect charges on her with cps today. The child is type 1 diabetic who is not independent with her own care and fears for her life in her own words. Can I deny her mother visitation till there has been a decision made by cps.

File an emergency petition in the family court that granted your primary conservatorship. Until you have an order, you are required to follow the order in place.
