Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Although there is no property to divide, I've lived with my common law boyfriend for five years, the last 2 being on and off. Am I eligible for palimony, considering he left me basicly homeless more than one time?

Texas does not have palimony. IF your relationship is common-law married (informal marriage), you MIGHT be eligible for spousal support. Spousal support is awarded in limited circumstances in temporary hearings, and more specific circumstances in a final decree. If you were merely boyfriend and girlfriend, then there is no legal option available.
