How do I prove he has money?

Okay so my daughters father is doing his absolute best to make sure we dont get any child support. I know he is working but the only way I can think to prove it is his bank statements, is there any legal way for me to attain them.

Do you have an order for child support? If so, then you can enforce it and the court will require him to pay, regardless of his job situation, or be found in contempt of court. If you do not have an order, then you must file one and during that process, you can acquire his bank statements and much more. He should have his payment withheld from his paycheck so that you do not have to deal with him on this.
