Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am recently divorced. In the decree i was awarded my car ,but because the car is my ex-spouses name there was a stipulation that I have the car refinanced in my name within 60 days. I have not been able to refinance the car and he wants to take it away. I have custody of our 11 yr old and am having yo live with relatives, I wont be able to find a job or go back to school, we were married 25 yrs he makes 100,000. a yr min, is there a way to amend the decree to make him continue to pay the note and possibly to pay for my school. i feel very stressed about this. He is paying child support but i need my car or I will be destitute

Does the decree specify what happens if you don't refinance in 60 days?
