i recently got seperated while being married under common law. He is thinking of taking me to court to fight for full custody of our almost 9month old son. i havent worked since i depended on him for almost 3yrs n i cant drive. I dont think he deserves him as full custody because he works monday through saturday n he never really helped me out with him while we were living together or paid too much attention to him. Do i have a chance of winning and gettin full custody of my son?

Yes.
You can file for divorce, and in connection with that, ask the court to make orders concerning the child - custody, visitation, and support.
