Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Should I Restrict Visitation

My ex-husband has violated many of the court orders concerning custody of our two sons, ages 7 and 4. I have custody of the boys, and he has standard visitation rights. I am saving money to take him back to court. In the meantime, he has moved and will not provide me or the court with a new address. My sons say he is living with a girlfriend, but they cannot identify the location. I do not want him to take the boys for Wedhesday evenings or weekends until he has provided me with an address. If I deny his visitation rights, won't that make me look just as guilty to the court when we both appear again. Should I continue to bend over backwards to comply with the letter of the law even if he will not?
