Rule 11

Can I repuidate aRule 11 agreement that a judge has not rulle on and that has error. on interim orders?

Since a Rule 11 agreement is voluntarily entered into, generally you cannot change your mind.

However, it really depends on the Judge. Since it was voluntary, the Judge does not rule on it. If the parties agreed voluntarily, the judge does not need to make a decision.

I'm sure the judge will ask why you signed the Rule 11 agreement if you are now claiming an error.

If you don't have an attorney, you definately need one!
