my sister lives near fort worth texas and has 2 boys 10 and 14. her husband is and alcoholic and is mentally abusive. she needs a divorce, but doesnt have much money. what can we do.

You can contact the Texas State Bar Association. They have a lawyer Referral Information Service. Explain the situation and they will be able to find you an attorney that can represent her for a low fee (sometimes pro bono = for free if she qualifies).
