If my sister is a single parent on drugs and has four children whom have different dads but all are drug selling how can we get her help and not loose the kids, by putting them into one bad situation from another?

If CPS gets called, they will probably put the children in foster care.

You need to focus in on the children. The mother is an adult & free to ruin her life. You need to "save" the children.

If she will voluntarily surrender the children to another adult, relative or not, after 6 months that person can go to court and ask that they be legally the children's primary conservator to make all decisions for the children. Of course, all the fathers would be entitled to be served too.

If mom will agree to treatment, that is great. But you cannot force her into treatment.

These children need a safe, secure and stable homelife. Hopefully the mother understands that her life is unstable & let another person take these children into their home & raise them.

I would call a family law attorney in the county where the kids live. Look on this website & on www.avvo.com for an attorney.

Thank you for caring about these children. I hope this answer helps. Good luck!
