Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Stuck in the Middle

How does a child custody case work when the caregiver is neither parent but has provided everything necessary for the child. Both parents have selfishly led their own lives and let someone else raise their child. The mother acts as if she has done it all alone, and tells everyone that although it is not the case. Now she is trying to get child support, but the father is not on the birth certificate. I am stuck in the middle and am not sure where to go from here. I am in need of information. thank you.

Re: Stuck in the Middle

I am a bit baffled. There is not a question here. Someone wants information but the information requested is so vague that I cannot even begin to frame a response. I suggest that you think clearly about what you want and then ask if that is something that may be a likely outcome. If you would like to call and add enough details I will be glad to talk with you. The best times to call are on the weekends between 11 and 6. 817 261-2671
