temporary restraining order for petition to modify parent child relationship

my divorce papers state that I have the ''exclusive right to designate primary residence''. can my ex actually have right to not let me move to a diffrent state?

It depends upon whether your exclusive right to determine domicile is geographically restricted. Even if it is not so restricted, she can still petition the Court and ask that the children not move, in which case the Court will conduct a hearing.
