TX minor name change

My daughter is living with her mother and stepfather and she recently cahnaged her last name to his, without my knowing of it or consent, what is the law, and what are my options,

Re: TX minor name change

It's fairly rare for the Court's to grant name changes to minors without both parent's consent. If she is over 18 she can change it without your consent.
