If i did a ua an passed for cps but failed my hair test from months an their usin my pasts aganist me can i just relocate me n my son

If there is no court order preventing you from moving or which orders that your son live in a particular place, then you can move. If CPS has started actual court proceedings against you and you have been served with papers from the court, then you probably cannot move, even if there is no order yet.
