Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Have visitation of grandson. We have four visits a year, and bi-weekly phone calls. They moved to Texas, NY Court held two year jurisdiction. The jurisdiction ended in 2009. However, we have been seeing our grandson every three months, and making bi-weekly phone calls since 2007. We live in New York. Receivied phone call from stepfather, saying we cannot see our grandson anymore. Would a judge in a Texas Court honor our New York visitation?

Probably, yes. You'd have to get the order registered in Texas and then ask the court to enforce it in Texas. He could file for a modification, but that's an involved procedure in Texas.
