Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I will be going to court in a few months. The father of my children is order to pay child support but chose's not to. What can they do to enforce the child support? he is about 15,000.00 be hind. Do I need a lawyer when I go to court? I have been working with Texas Attorney Genrals office to help me.

I have seen the Texas Attorney General's Office do a good job in cases like this, but that probably depends a lot on the assistant attorney general handling the case.

The question is probably better addressed to your contact at the Attorney General�s office.
