Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hi i was just wonting to know is it possible to stop back child support arrearages in Texas if the mother and father of the child both came to a mutal agreement with each other? And if there is what forms do I need to fill out and what steps do i need to take get it taken care of?

You can file a modified child support order by agreement stating that the arrearages are being waived or have language modifying support so that the arrearage amount would not be enforceable. You should hire a family lawyer to take care of this for you.
