i was 17 when my daughter was born the mom was 25 its 27 yrs latter and im still paying back support my daughter was concieved when i was 16

and you are questioning the support of your child? The mother of the child, assuming she had custody had a right to support from you. If you did not pay that support, it adds up, and it does not surprise me that you have back support to pay. Find out how much the back support is, pay it off, and you will be done.
