Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

company owes us money

we refinanced our car through a refinance company. they stated that we needed to send $1700 to make up the difference in the amount owed and the amount they could get it refin. for. the refi co. never paid the loan off and also has not paid ud our $1700 back. the bank that picked us up paid the car off. how can i get the money back the refi. co. owes.

go to a lawyer with those facts...you are entitled to money, plus damages, plus atty fees..
