is it possible to get a deferred adjudiction for Class C theft (less then $20) without having to have a Attorney assistance . what it is likely to cost in figures the cost of having an attorney starting from applying for deferred adjucdiction to expunged in the state of tx (smith county). and how long will the case last until finally cleared from the record.

where should i start after paying the ticket fine.

You can always go to court ask to talk to the prosecutor and see if you can get deferred adjudication for the offense.

I know that you can get orders of non disclosure for eligible deferred probations upon sucessful completion of the probation.

You need to see an attorney in your area to help you with this. They should be happy to tell them how much they charge.
