Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Harassment? I Keep Receiving Very Unwanted Mail from a College I Used to Attend

Despite multiple attempts to get off of its mailing list, I keep receiving mail from a college's arts program that I was enrolled in four years ago. I left the college for very good reasons, and I have no desire to keep receiving information from this institution. I called at least five times, sent an e-mail to the head of the arts program, and he said that my name would be removed. However, I continue to receive mail, and I am tired of it. It is a community college, and I would like to know if it can be considered harassment in the legal sense for them to keep sending me mail despite multiple requests to have my name removed. What does the law say my rights are in this matter? Thank you very much!

It does not constitute legal harassment. Simply throw the mail into the trash when it comes in.
