Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
i live in texas the police took my shot gun for evidence because my wife pointed at me.her case has been closed now but they dont want to give me the gun back. i have been in no trouble in 11 years.any info on this.

You would sue the police for conversion. You'd send them a demand letter first.
