Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Slander/Libel/Harassment???

I am having a difficult time finding an attorney to help me. I am not even sure what kind of case this will be. Here are the facts:

My ex wife and I recently reconciled. After we reconciled my ex girlfriend began claiming to be pregnant.

She had her tubes tied.

She had a period in Nov, but is claiming to be 4 & a half months, and she never even mentioned the possibility of being pregnant or late while we were together.(We broke up in late November) She keeps changing her dates. She will not go to the doctor. First she said she couldn't afford it. When I offered to pay she refused. She continues to contact me & now my ex wife. She is posting on her my space she is pregnant with my child, and telling my friends & family, but will not provide proof of the pregnancy. Is there any way I can get her to provide proof she is pregnant? Is there anyway to get her to leave us alone & stop posting this information if she can't prove she is pregnant? She has made the past six weeks miserable for us. I have told her repeatedly, I will do what is necesarry if she is pregnant, but based on the facts, it appears she is lying. Is there anyway to find out- June is a long way off & she is not going to leave us alone until then.

Sounds like a previous post with additional facts that was already answered. Must not have been what you wanted to hear. You might be able to get a temporary injunction to prevent these supposedly untrue statments by your uncertainly pregnant girlfriend. In that same action, you could ask for the court to order an independent medical examination. This would probably take 4-6 weeks, maybe 3-4 months, and probably cost about $8000-$18000. Let me know when you are ready.
