Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I am from Wyoming living in Texas. I gained primary custody of my daughter here in Texas. I have been fooled by my ex to sign a temporary geographical restiction untill dec 2010. Because he is on felony probabtion and cant leave the state of Texas. I have been suffering for battered woman syndrome and everytime he times me he loves me I do whatever he wants. He is a felon and he lie cheats and is a sex addict. I want to return back to Wyoming with my family so I can get help and support to raise my daughter. He has not supported us in any kind of way since the day we meet. I need a way to get that restiction to go away so we can live a better live

You need to hire an attorney to review your case and court documents. Be sure to tell the attorney that your ex is on felony probation.
